Material storage, Line feeding, part counting and coordinate with senior about line side material shortages.
01) Incoming Material storage part wise in rack system along with counting maintain in storage racks Minium & Maxum storage parts as per declared capacity.
02) As per daily production plan part issue to line in time without delay from store against production plan. Also guide and educate the team to avoid wrong supply.
03) Daily critical parts line side shortages updates to be share to senior to avoid any surprise shortages.
04) Maintaining 6's in line side and material storage area's.
