Job DescriptionJob Responsibilities Nn Serve as the primary liaison with RBI, SEBI, FIU-IND, MCA/ROC, stock exchanges, and other regulatory authorities N Lead regulatory inspections, supervisory reviews, audits, and ensure timely closure of regulatory observations N Oversee the enterprise-wide compliance framework and ensure adherence toRBI Master Directions for NBFCs, focusing particularly on KYC, FPC, AML, and other pertinent areas N Drive policy governance, regulatory change management, and implementation of evolving regulatory requirements across the organization N Advise the Board, senior management, and business teams on regulatory developments, compliance risks, and governance matters N Provide compliance oversight for new products, partnerships, digital initiatives, customer journeys, and strategy ic business projects N Strengthen compliance monitoring, internal controls,



and governance mechanisms to proactively manage regulatory risk N Foster a robust cultureof ethics, integrity, and compliance through training, awareness, and stakeholder engagement N Present compliance updates, regulatory developments, and key risk matters to the Board and governance committees NnIdeal Candidate Nn 10+ years of experience in Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Risk, or Governance within NBFCs, Banks, or Financial Services N Deep understanding of RBI regulations, KYC/AML requirements, and regulatory expectations applicable to lending businesses N Proven experience managing regulatory inspections and engaging with senior regulatory stakeholders N Strong leadership, stakeholder management with CXO level N Demonstrated ability tobalance regulatory compliance with business growth and innovation N
