Job DescriptionLocation: Nambiar Builders, Dommasandra, Bangalore NJob Summary: NResponsible for managing banking operations, fixed asset accounting, bank reconciliations, asset capitalization, statutory compliance, and financial reporting while ensuring accurate financial records and effective internal controls. NKey Responsibilitiesn
- Manage day-to-day banking transactions, fund transfers, and bank reconciliations. N
- Coordinate with banks for account operations, loans, bank guarantees, and other banking activities. N
- Maintain the Fixed Asset Register (FAR) and ensure timely asset capitalization. N
- Record asset additions,transfers, disposals, depreciation, and CWIP accounting. N
- Conduct periodic physical verification and reconciliation of fixed assets. N
- Prepare journal entries, MIS reports, and support monthly/year-end financial closing. N
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Companies Act, and internal financial controls. N
- Support statutory, internal,



and tax audits by providing required documentation. NQualificationsn
- B.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / CMA Inter or equivalent. N
- 3–5 years of experiencein Banking Operations and Fixed Asset Management. N
- Experience in Real Estate, Construction, or Infrastructure preferred. NSkills: N
