The ideal candidate should have experience living and/or working in Japan and possess strong knowledge of Japanese language, business culture, address formats, and geographic references. You will review AI-processed documents to ensure sensitive customer information has been accurately identified and redacted while maintaining the highest standards of quality and data privacy. NKey Responsibilitiesn N Review AI-processed Japanese documents to verify accurate identification and redaction of sensitive customer information. N Validate the removal ofPersonally Identifiable Information (PII), including: N Individual namesnPhone numbers N Email addressesn Physical addresses N City and geographical location names N Customer-specific pricing and cost information N Other confidential or sensitive business information N Compare original sourcedocuments with AI-generated outputs to ensure no confidential information remains exposed. N Identify incorrect, incomplete, or excessive redactions and provide detailed feedback for corrections. N Maintain high accuracy,quality, and productivity while meeting defined turnaround times. N Escalate ambiguous or complex cases to the appropriate stakeholders. N Contribute to improvingAI redaction quality through continuous feedback.



N Ensure compliance with customer privacy, security, and data protection policies. NnRequired Skills & Qualifications Nn 4+ years of qualified experience in Japanese language translation, localization, content validation, or document review. N JLPT N2 certification or higher (N1 preferred). N Must have lived and/or worked in Japan with strong understanding of: N Japanese geography and location names N Japanese address formats N Business terminology N Cultural contextnStrong reading comprehension and analytical skills for Japanese-language documents. N Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify sensitive and contextual information. N Experience in quality assurance, content review, data annotation, data validation, or document verification is preferred. N Ability to manage multiple review tasks within tight turnaround times. N Willingness to support operations aligned with Japanese business hours. NnPreferred Qualifications Nn Understanding of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and data privacy regulations. N Experience reviewing legal, financial, customer, or business documents. N Exposure to AI-assistedcontent validation, document processing, or annotation projects is an advantage. N Strong communication and documentation skills. NnMandatory Requirements Nn JLPT N2 or higher(N1 preferred). N Experience living and/or working in Japan.
