Job DescriptionAn architecture practice based in Tatbad, Coimbatore- is hiring a Junior Architect with 0–2 years of experience to support residential architecture projects. The role involves assisting with design development, technical documentation, consultant coordination, and project execution. NProject ExposurenWork may include: Nn Residential architecture projects N Residential interior projects N Custom home designn Design development N Construction documentation NnKey Responsibilities Nn Assist in developing architectural concepts, layouts, and design proposals. N Prepare presentation drawings, design development drawings, working drawings, and construction documentation. N Produce plans, elevations, sections, and architectural details. N Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants during project development. N Support material selection and architectural detailing. N Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams during execution. N Participate in site visits to review progress and support implementation of design intent.



N Maintain project drawings and documentation throughout different project stages. N Support timely deliveryof architectural documentation and project deliverables. NnRequirementsn N Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch). N 0–2 years of internshipor professional experience in architecture. N Proficiency in AutoCAD,SketchUp, and architectural presentation or visualization software. N Understanding of architectural planning, drafting, technical documentation, and detailing. N Familiarity with residential construction methods and building materials. N Ability to prepare presentation drawings, working drawings, and technical documentation. N Valuable communication and coordination skills. N Ability to work collaboratively with consultants, contractors, and project teams. N Attention to detail andability to manage multiple project tasks. NnWork Schedulen N Location: Tatabad, Coimbatore N Working days: Monday to Saturday (9:30 am to 6:30 pm) N
