Job DescriptionDesignation: Retail Accountant NIndustry: Retail / Perfumes & Fragrances NLocation: Nariman Point, Mumbai NExperience: 5–10 Years (Retail Industry – Mandatory) NRole OverviewnWe are looking for an experienced Retail Accountant to manage end-to-end accounting activities for our perfume showrooms. The role requires solid exposure to retail sales accounting, stock management, cash handling, and GST compliance. NKey Responsibilitiesn N Maintain day-to-day accounting for retail showroom operations. N Handle sales accounting, including cash, card, UPI, and online transactions. N Manage stock accounting– inward, outward, transfers, stock valuation, and reconciliation. N Monitor inventory movement and coordinate with stores for stock discrepancies. N Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations (cash, bank, card, POS). N Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to sales, stock, margins, and expenses. N Handle GST compliance –returns, reconciliations, and documentation.



N Coordinate with store managers and sales teams for accurate data reporting. N Assist in month-end andyear-end closing activities. N Maintain proper documentation, vouchers, and audit support. NnRequired Skills & Qualifications: Nn 5–10 years of experience as an Accountant in Retail / Showroom Sales. N Strong knowledge of stock & inventory accounting. N Hands-on experience with retail billing & POS systems. N Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance. N Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems and MS Excel. N Ability to manage high-volume retail transactions. N Strong coordination andcommunication skills NnPreferred Profile: NExperience in perfume, FMCG, fashion, or luxury retail. NCandidates who have handled multiple showroom accounts. NDetail-oriented with strong follow-up and control skills.
