Job DescriptionRole Overview NWe are seeking an experienced and innovative MBA Faculty member specialising in Finance. The candidate will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging, application-oriented sessions for MBA students, mentoring learners, supporting curriculum development, and bringing real-world insights from the industry into the classroom. NThe ideal candidate should be learner-focused, industry-aware, cutting-edge in pedagogy, and capable of teaching across Finance and general MBA subjects. We are not only looking for a subject expert, but someone who can act as a learning facilitator and mentor — inspiring MBA students to think critically and solve real-world problems. NKey Responsibilitiesn N Teaching & Facilitation N Deliver application-oriented sessions using case studies, simulations, discussions, and experiential learning methods. N Teach Finance and broader MBA subjects as per academic requirements. N Simplify complex concepts for students from diverse backgrounds and encourage active classroom participation. N Introduce students to relevant AI tools and their applications in Finance. NnCurriculum & Academic Delivery Nn Design, review, and improvement of course content, lesson plans, and assessments.



N Integrate current industry trends and management frameworks into the curriculum. N Embed AI literacy into the curriculum by helping students understand how AI is N reshaping the industry — and how to apply these tools in a professional MBA context. NnLearner Mentoring Nn Mentor learners on academic performance, projects, internships, and career direction. N Help students build professional skills — communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership. NnAssessment & Evaluation Nn Design and evaluate assignments, quizzes, case studies, and project assessments. N Provide timely, constructive feedback and maintain academic records. NnIndustry & Institutional Contribution Nn Bring real-world industry insights into the classroom. N Support guest lectures,workshops, industry interactions, and student development initiatives. NnRequired Skills and Qualifications NMinimum Requiredn N MBA in Finance or Healthcare or a closely related field. N Minimum 3-5 years of experience in teaching, training, consulting, corporate learning, or a related domain. N Good IT skills.n Good communication and language skills. N
