NRole OverviewnWe are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead projects from concept to execution. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sensibility, space planning expertise, material knowledge, and the ability to manage client expectations while coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and site execution teams. NKey Responsibilitiesn N Lead interior design projects from concept development to final execution N Develop design concepts, mood boards, space plans, and presentations N Prepare detailed 2D drawings, layouts, and working drawings N Coordinate with 3D visualizers to develop realistic design presentations N Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements N Manage client meetings,understand requirements, and present design solutions N Work closely with project execution teams to ensure design intent is maintained on site N Coordinate with vendors, consultants,



and contractors for timely delivery N Conduct site visits andresolve design-related challenges during execution N Ensure projects are delivered within timelines and quality standards N Mentor junior designersand support the growth of the design team NnRequirementsn N 4–6 years of experiencein interior design, preferably in residential or premium interior projects N Proficiency in AutoCAD,SketchUp, 3D visualization tools, and MS Office N Strong understanding ofspace planning, materials, finishes, furniture, and execution detailing N Excellent presentation,client handling, and communication skills N Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously N Solid eye for detail, aesthetics, and luxury design sensibility N Bachelor's degree in Interior Design / Architecture / related field NnPreferred Skills Nn Experience in turnkey residential interior projects N Knowledge of site execution and vendor coordination N Ability to balance creativity with functionality and budget considerations NnWhy Join Imaraa Designs?
