NWho we're looking forn- 4–6 years in food & beverage service, with time spent running a restaurant or outlet floor at a boutique hotel or resort N- Experience with wellness-led or ingredient-first menus — Ayurveda, sattvic, farm-to-table, or a retreat kitchen. The F&B; here is built around it, not bolted on N- Comfort with the full operating stack:
