Job DescriptionWe're Hiring: Sales Manager | Jaipur (On-site) NRole Overview: NWe are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales Manager to lead our field sales team in Jaipur. You will manage Field Marketers / Sales Executives while personally handling high-value leads to close deals for BuildJahaan's construction materials and end-to-end construction services. NKey Responsibilities: NLead, mentor, and manage the field sales team, setting targets and monitoring daily performance. NConduct field visits to high-potential sites and personally close high-end deals with builders, contractors, and key clients. NDevelop sales strategies,train the team on pitching and negotiation, and drive lead generation & conversion. NOversee daily activity reports, sales pipeline, and coordination with operations for order fulfillment. NTrack team performance, provide feedback,
and ensure sales targets are met or exceeded. NAnalyze market trends andidentify recent business opportunities in Jaipur. NRequirements: N3–8 years of sales experience with at least 1–2 years in sales leadership (Construction / Real Estate / B2B preferred). NStrong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills. NGood knowledge of construction materials and the Jaipur market. NProven ability to close high-value deals. NMust have a bike/scooter (four-wheeler is a plus). NWork Schedule: N6 days a week (Sunday off) with daily office reporting.
