Job DescriptionJob description: NKey Responsibilitiesn N Lead recent product development projects from concept to commercialization. N Research emerging technologies, materials, and market trends in the composites industry. N Develop innovative products for vacuum infusion, prepreg, resin transfer molding (RTM), and composite manufacturing processes. N Conduct material evaluations for nylon, polyester, polymer films, sealants, technical fabrics, and related composite consumables. N Coordinate laboratory testing, product validation, and performance benchmarking. N Design and execute trials for new products and process improvements. N Work closely with production teams to ensure smooth scale-up from pilot stage to commercial manufacturing.



N Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to understand customer requirements and develop customized solutions. N Prepare technical specifications, product datasheets, test reports, and development documentation. N Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for product performance issues. N Identify cost reductionand value engineering opportunities without compromising quality. N Coordinate with suppliers for development and qualification of new raw materials. N Support customer technical visits, product demonstrations, and troubleshooting activities.
