We're an early-stage startup building this from the ground up. NAbout the rolenWe're looking for a Social Media & Content Creator intern to take ownership of our content end to end, from the first idea to the final published post. This is a hands-on role with real ownership from day one, not a shadow-and-observe internship. NWhat you'll donn Own content ideation and creation end to end: reels, short-form video, podcasts/audio content, and static creatives N Script, shoot or direct, and edit content across the full production process, not just one part of it N Create clear,



accurate,patient-friendly educational content that simplifies diabetes care topics for a lay audience N Coordinate with the clinical team to keep educational content medically accurate N Own the content calendar and keep a consistent publishing cadence N Drive organic growth: reach, followers, and engagement, without relying on paid promotion as the primary lever N Track what's working, iterate on formats, and double down on what drives engagement N Make smart use of AI tools across scripting, editing, and ideation NnWhat we're lookingfor Nn Genuine motivation and interest in content creation and health/wellness, more important to us than prior experience N Passionate about working in a fast-paced, early-stage workplace where priorities shift quickly N Eager to learn on the job and take ownership without needing constant hand-holding N A portfolio, reel, or work samples that show you can take content from idea to finished product N Working knowledge of video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar) N Bonus: experience recording or producing podcast-style audio/video content N
