The role requires deep domain expertise in BFSI, along with proven experience in implementing process improvements and digital automation initiatives. NQualificationsnn MBA or CA qualification. N Minimum 15 years of experience in the BFSI industry. NnExperience Required Nn Hands-on experience in Mortgage Underwriting / Business Sourcing. N Exposure to credit process automation projects, including: N Workflow Automation. N Loan Origination System(LOS) implementation or enhancement. N Credit Underwriting Models. N Strong understanding ofcredit appraisal, process controls, and operational efficiency. NnKey Responsibilities Nn Lead and support credit-related processes and initiatives.



N Work on mortgage underwriting and business sourcing activities as required. N Drive credit process automation and transformation projects. N Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve turnaround time and process quality. N Support the National Credit Manager in strategic and operational credit initiatives. N Ensure adherence to credit policies, process standards, and governance requirements. NnSkills and Competencies Nn Strong domain knowledge of BFSI credit operations. N Analytical mindset withprocess improvement orientation. N Exposure to automation and digital transformation in credit processes. N Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
