This role will focus on managing web content, ensuring a high-quality publishing experience, maintaining content governance, and supporting the day-to-day execution of web updates across Drupal. NThis is a highly cross-functional role, partnering with Marketing, Content, and other internal teams to deliver accurate, timely, and engaging digital experiences. The ideal candidate has strong Drupal CMS experience, excellent web content management skills, and a continuous improvement mindset. NResponsibilitiesnDrupal CMS Content Management NManage and maintain content within the Drupal CMS platform. NSupport website updates, page publishing, content edits, and content lifecycle management. NEnsure content is formatted correctly, follows brand standards, and is published accurately across global sites. NAct as a point of contactfor Drupal content updates, content structure questions, and publishing support. NWeb Operations & Publishing NSupport day-to-day website operations including content publishing, page updates, QA checks, and change coordination. NHelp maintain a smooth and efficient publishing workflow for marketing and content teams. NCoordinate with stakeholders to ensure website changes are completed accurately and on schedule.



NRecommend and implement enhancements within the Drupal admin panel to improve usability, content experience, and publishing efficiency for end users. NAssist with content reviews, issue resolution, and ongoing site maintenance. NStreamline web request intake and publishing workflows using collaboration/project management tools to improve operational efficiency and tracking. NSEO & Content Optimization NApply SEO best practices to web content, page titles, metadata, headings, internal linking, and on-page structure. NHelp improve content discoverability across traditional search engines and emerging AI-driven search experiences. NWork with content and marketing teams to ensure pages are optimized for clarity, relevance, and performance. NSupport the ongoing improvement of website content based on search and engagement insights. NGovernance & Content Standards NMaintain content governance standards including page structures, taxonomy, tagging, reusable content components, and publishing workflows to support content consistency, searchability, and user navigation within Drupal. NHelp ensure consistency across web pages, sections, and regional sites. NSupport content quality, accuracy, and compliance with brand and editorial standards.



NCollaborate with stakeholders to improve content processes and web publishing efficiency. NAnalytics, Reporting & Continuous Improvement NSupport website performance reporting using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or similar platforms. NMonitor content and page performance to identify opportunities for improvement. NAssist with tracking, tagging, and content optimization efforts in partnership with marketing teams. NContribute to process improvements that make web publishing more efficient and effective. NRequired Skillsnn 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, web content management, CMS operations, or a related field. N Strong hands-on experience with Drupal CMS in an enterprise or multi-site environment. N Proven experience managing web content, publishing workflows, and content governance. N Strong understanding ofSEO best practices and content optimization. N Experience working in aglobal, cross-functional marketing environment. N Familiarity with website analytics tools such as GA4 and Google Search Console. N Robust attention to detail and ability to manage multiple updates and priorities. N Excellent communicationand collaboration skills. NnPreferred Skills Nn Experience supporting large-scale B2B websites. N Familiarity with content strategy, taxonomy, and reusable content models.
