NJob Location: Devanahalli, Bangalore NJob OverviewnThe position of AM – Safety, Standards & Procedure will be responsible for Nn Development of Standards & Procedures specific to Safety, such as LOTO, Electrical Safety, Machine N Safety, Battery / Cell Safety, Robot Safety, MOC, Machine Buy off etc... N Machine Buy-off; Management of Change – EHS N Machine Safety Expert N Digitization of EHS initiatives N Implementation of Standards in coordination with Line management. N Responsible for Trainings Line management N Incident Investigation In coordination with Line management. NnMain Responsibilities: NSupport Site EHS manager for EHS topics Nn Cooperate with the internal resources to achieve EHS objectives. N Support the Site EHS Manager to perform EHS Risk Assessment and to define N appropriate measures tocontrol risks. N Support the EHS Site Manager to prepare, implement and maintain emergency plans. N Assist Site EHS Managerto coordinate and control activities with respect of EHS, N especially where interfaces are involved with other contractors or operation areas. N Provide support and advice to site personnel to prevent injury, damage to plant and N equipment, fire, environmental pollution. N Recognize the best practices and the good performance. N Advise other Site personnel on all aspects of EHS applicable to site activities. NnDevelop Site EHS Management System Nn Support the Site EHS Manager to develop,



deploy and maintain the local procedures N and tools and make surethey are aligned with EESL Standards and international N standards (ISO 14001 and ISO45001). N Support the Site EHS Manager to ensure that EESL EHS standards at Site level. NnEHS Compliancen N Assist the Site EHS Manager to ensure compliance of the site activities according to N the EHS Plan, guidelines and work instructions. N Perform EHS legal compliance checks for specific requirements. NnDevelop EHS culture in the site Nn Inform, instruct and train employees to carry out the work in safe & environment friendly N mode according to the method of statement. N Participate in the implementation of the site EHS training programs by providing EHS N inductions and ensuringTool Box meetings are organized. NnReport, Measure and Review Nn Support the EHS Site Manager to capture, report, record, investigate and analyze N accidents/incidents in order to implement corrective and preventive actions. N Support the preparationof monthly EHS reports. Can be in charge of feeding EHS N reporting system in line with reporting requirements and under control by Site EHS N manager.n Carry out inspections of work areas and carry out EHS audits and report any N discrepancy.n NDesired Profile: Nn Qualified experience 4 to 8 years in EHS (Safety) N Highly recommended experience for manufacturing sites specific to EV, & Cell Manufacturing. N Bachelor of Engineering(Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical) N Approved / Qualification recognized by the Govt of India / State Govt (Karnataka) in Industrial for Safety Officer NnFunctionaln N Proficient in DuPont Safety Standards N Functional Machine Safety Expert N ISO 14001 / 45001n ISO / IS standards related to safety N Local legal regulations.
