The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless operational workflows, managing cross-functional activities, and driving operational efficiency across the organization. NKey ResponsibilitiesnOperations Management Nn Oversee daily business and factory operations to ensure smooth execution. N Coordinate with production, procurement, logistics, quality, sales, and finance teams. N Monitor operational performance and ensure timely completion of tasks. N Identify process improvements and implement operational best practices. NnStakeholder Coordination Nn Act as the primary liaison between the management team and internal departments. N Coordinate cross-functional activities and ensure alignment on business priorities. N Track action items, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure timely execution.



NnBusiness & FactoryCoordination Nn Support production planning and operational scheduling. N Ensure smooth coordination between office and factory operations. N Monitor inventory, procurement, dispatch, and operational timelines. N Prepare MIS reports, operational dashboards, and management updates. NnLeadership Support Nn Work closely withsenior management on strategic and operational initiatives. N Assist in business planning, process documentation, and implementation of SOPs. N Handle confidential business information with professionalism and discretion. NnRequired Qualification & Skills Nn Bachelor's degreein Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or a related field. N 6–12 years of experience in Operations, Plant/Factory Operations, Production Coordination, or Business Operations. N Experience in the Packaging, Manufacturing, Printing, FMCG, or Industrial sector is highly preferred. N Solid stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills. N Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. N Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP/MIS systems. N Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a rapid-paced environment. NnPreferred Skills Nn Experience in factory operations and production planning. N Knowledge of inventory management, procurement, logistics, and supply chain operations. N Process improvement andoperational excellence mindset. N Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
