Job Title: Site Engineer (Civil)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer (Civil) to oversee and manage construction activities at the project site. The candidate will be responsible for supervising civil works, ensuring quality standards, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the site.

* Monitor work progress as per approved drawings and project timelines.

* Ensure quality control and compliance with construction standards and safety regulations.

* Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and project stakeholders.

* Verify measurements, prepare BOQs, and certify contractor bills.

* Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.

* Monitor material consumption and maintain site records.

* Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and resources.

* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

* Review structural, architectural, and MEP drawings for execution.





* Ensure project completion within budget and schedule.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.

3+ years of experience in construction site management.

Experience in commercial, hospitality, residential, or mixed-use projects preferred.

Knowledge of construction methodologies, site execution, and quality standards.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project reporting tools.

Robust communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

Site supervision and project coordination.

Quantity estimation and billing.

Vendor and contractor management.

Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements.

Salary

As per industry standards and candidate experience.

Working Days

6 Days a Week

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
