Job Title: Therapist – Wellness Clinic

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform slimming and inch-loss treatments (manual & machine-based) , cavitation, and other wellness therapies
- Understand client requirements and customize treatment plans as per consultation
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards in all therapy sessions
- Assist in client assessment before and after treatments
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and lifestyle recommendations
- Maintain accurate treatment records and reports
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of therapy equipment
- Support clinic operations and achieve service targets




- Follow standard treatment protocols and customization based on client needs
- Ensure visible results and track client progress
- Promote and upsell clinic services and packages
- Achieve monthly individual targets (services + product sales)
- Support team in achieving branch revenue goals
- Maintain client records, treatment charts, and progress reports
- Update CRM / system regularly
- Track before-after results
