Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Desktop Support Engineer to provide onsite and field technical support to our corporate clients. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in desktop troubleshooting, hardware installation, networking, printer support, and end-user support. The role requires travelling to client locations and resolving technical issues within defined service timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide onsite technical support at client locations.
- Attend field service calls and resolve IT-related issues promptly.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Configure Windows operating systems and Microsoft OAice applications.
- Install and troubleshoot antivirus software and business applications.
- Perform LAN, Wi-Fi, and basic network troubleshooting.




- Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, and access points.
- Replace and upgrade computer hardware components.
- Support user account configuration, email setup, and printer connectivity.
- Coordinate with senior engineers for complex technical issues.
- Update service reports and call status after every client visit.
- Ensure compliance with company and client service standards

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
