Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead our Finance & Accounts function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, taxation, statutory compliance, budgeting, MIS, cash flow management, finance automation, and internal controls. This role requires a proactive professional who can build scalable finance processes and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end accounting operations including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Banking, Payroll, Fixed Assets, and Financial Closing.
- Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closure of books.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly MIS reports, financial statements, and management dashboards.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and working capital management.
- Perform daily revenue reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and payment settlement reconciliation.
- Drive finance process automation and ERP integration to improve efficiency.
- Develop and strengthen internal controls, SOPs,



and audit readiness.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and other stakeholders.
- Support management with financial analysis, business planning, and strategic decision-making.

Required Qualifications

- CA (Inter), CA, CMA, MBA (Finance), M.Com, or equivalent qualification.
- 6–10 years of Finance & Accounts experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading a Finance or Accounts team.
- Robust knowledge of Accounting, GST, Direct Taxation, Companies Act, and statutory compliances.
- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime, Zoho Books, Busy, SAP Business One, or similar ERP/accounting software.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates from Retail, FMCG, Distribution, Manufacturing, Logistics, Vending, or other high-volume transaction businesses will be preferred. Experience with payment gateway reconciliations and finance automation will be an added advantage.
