Responsibilities:

1. Answering and Directing Calls:

· Professionally answer incoming calls and provide a warm, courteous greeting.

· Direct calls to the appropriate person or department promptly and accurately.

2. Message Taking:

· Record and relay messages accurately, including contact details, nature of the call, and urgency level.

3. Maintaining Phone Directory:

· Regularly update and maintain the company's phone directory to ensure accurate information.

4. Providing Information:

· Offer general information about the company and its services to callers.

5. Handling Inquiries:

· Address inquiries and provide appropriate assistance or direct inquiries to the relevant department.

6. Maintaining Call Logs:

· Keep detailed records of incoming and outgoing calls for reporting and auditing purposes.

7. Following Communication Protocols:

· Adhere to established communication protocols and procedures.

8. Handling Emergencies:

· Respond to emergency calls promptly and follow established protocols for crisis situations.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
