Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Web, Mobile,

and API Test Automation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building scalable

automation frameworks, integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring high product

quality across complex business workflows. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional

teams in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

Automation Framework Development

 Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reusable, and robust test automation frameworks.

 Build and maintain automated test suites for:

o Web Applications

o APIs

o Mobile Applications (Android/iOS)

 Implement UI automation using tools such as:

o Selenium

o Playwright

o Cypress

o Appium

 Develop and maintain API automation scripts using:

o Postman

o Rest Assured

o Pytest

Testing & Quality Assurance

 Execute and maintain:

o Regression Testing

o Smoke Testing

o Sanity Testing

o Exploratory Testing

 Validate complex business workflows including:

o KYC/KYB Processes

o Payments

o Customer Onboarding

o Payroll Systems

o Financial Transactions

 Identify, log, track, and retest defects using defect management tools.

 Collaborate throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to identify edge cases and

prevent defects proactively.

CI/CD & DevOps Integration

 Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines using:

o GitHub Actions

o Jenkins

o Azure DevOps

o GitLab CI/CD

 Support cross-browser and cross-device testing through cloud-based testing platforms.

 Monitor and improve:

o Test Stability

o Execution Efficiency

o Flakiness Reduction





AI-Assisted & Advanced Testing

 Utilize AI-powered testing tools for test generation, optimization, and maintenance.

 Develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) and productivity tools such as:

o QA Chatbots

o Smart Test Case Generation Utilities

o Automation Accelerators

Collaboration & Leadership

 Work closely with Developers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders.

 Review requirements and design comprehensive test strategies aligned with business objectives.

 Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to QA best practices, standards, and continuous

improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Have Skills

 5+ years of experience in QA Automation.

 Solid expertise in UI Automation using:

o Selenium (preferred)

o Playwright

o Cypress

o Appium

 Hands-on experience with API Testing and Automation.

 Strong programming skills in one or more of the following:

o Java

o Python

o JavaScript

o TypeScript

 Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

 Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline implementation and maintenance.

 Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, QA processes, and test design techniques.

Preferred Skills

 Experience in domains such as:

o FinTech

o Payroll

o Healthcare

o SaaS

o Hospitality

 Experience testing:

o KYC/KYB workflows

o Payment systems

o Customer onboarding processes

 Exposure to Performance Testing tools such as:

o JMeter

 Experience with AI-based testing platforms and automation tools.

 Mobile automation experience using Appium or similar frameworks.

 Knowledge of cloud testing platforms such as BrowserStack and similar solutions.
