- 6–12 years of retail store operations experience.
- Manage day-to-day store operations and oversee Branch Managers.
- Lead, motivate, and develop store teams.
- Drive sales, profitability, and operational performance.
- Develop staff through training and performance management.
- Monitor budgets, control expenses, and review operational reports.
- Ensure excellent customer service and compliance with company standards.
