Position Title: Business development manager

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the U.S. market for presentation design and visual graphic services.

- Build and maintain a solid sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals.

- Understand client requirements and pitch customized creative/design solutions.

- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

- Collaborate with internal design and delivery teams to ensure client expectations are met.

- Develop long-term client relationships and drive repeat business opportunities.

- Prepare proposals, pricing discussions, and commercial negotiations aligned with business goals.

- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and client requirements in the U.S. market.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- 3–7 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within a Presentation Design, Visual Design, or Creative Services company.

- Proven experience working with and selling to U.S.-based clients.

- Strong understanding of presentation design services such as pitch decks, corporate presentations, and marketing collaterals.

- Excellent communication and client-handling skills, especially with international stakeholders.

- Hands-on experience in outbound sales, lead generation, and deal closure.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in a design agency or creative services firm.

- Familiarity with tools/platforms like PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Adobe Suite (basic understanding preferred).

- Experience working in night shifts or overlapping with U.S. time zones.
