We are looking for ambitious individuals with solid understanding and knowledge of Title search/mortgage industry, efficient enough to provide training to current hires and existing team members. This person will own and manage learning programs and drive best practices / techniques that result in dramatic improvements in efficiency and effectiveness of the title search team.
Role and Responsibilities:
To review, and maintain titles searches from the vendor companies to determine a property title’s legal condition. Summarizing recorded documents affecting title to property, such as mortgages, deeds, agreements, Deed of trusts and associated documents, probate, tax bills, certificates into an application for our clients. You will also examine GI matters for the affecting owners. Finally, prepare initial title commitment documentation based on the application of appropriate codes from the title code book.
