Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter to join our consultancy firm. You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring we attract and hire top-tier talent for our diverse range of corporate clients. The ideal candidate should be a confident communicator with a passion for connecting the right people with the right opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and final placement.
- Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as job portals , social media, and internal databases to find potential candidates.
- Screening: Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate skills, communication, and cultural fit.
- Client Coordination: Understand client requirements and ensure a steady pipeline of qualified resumes is shared for their open mandates.
- Interview Management:



Schedule interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth feedback loop.
- Education: HSC (12th Pass) or Graduate in any stream.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (Knowledge of Gujarati is a plus).
- Experience: Previous experience in a recruitment firm or HR role is preferred, but motivated freshers with strong communication are welcome to apply.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with job portals.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
