Position description: Driving impactful Learning & Development initiatives at the middle management level, fostering employee growth, and aligning training programs with organizational goals.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Training Program Management: Design, implement, and oversee training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees at the middle management level.
- Performance Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of training initiatives through performance metrics, feedback, and continuous improvement strategies.
- Needs Analysis: Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities within the middle-level workforce.
- Curriculum Development: Create and update training materials, courses, and resources that align with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- Facilitation and Coaching: Facilitate training sessions and provide coaching to employees,
ensuring a supportive learning environment and individual development plans.
