Job Summary

We are looking for Hospital Lab Admin to manages daily laboratory operations, including inventory, scheduling, and compliance with quality standards (ISO/NABL). Key responsibilities include overseeing lab technicians, ensuring sample accuracy, maintaining equipment, and managing patient reports in coordination with medical staff.

Key Responsibilities

- Overseeing day-to-day lab activities, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Managing inventory of lab consumables, reagents, and instruments.
- Coordinating sample collection, sorting, labelling, and logging for lab technicians.
- Ensuring accurate preparation, maintenance,



and dispatch of diagnostic reports, including statutory compliance records.
- Organizing staff schedules and assisting in research or clinical departments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Medical Laboratory Technology.

Experience: Previous experience in relevant field.

Skills: Proficiency in Lab Information Systems, excellent communication, leadership, and knowledge of safety protocols.

Experience: 3 to 5 years.

Salary: 17K to 25K.

Location: Trichy, Tanjore, Madurai.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
