The Role

As a People & Culture Intern, you'll work closely with the hiring and leadership team to support recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day people operations.

This role is designed for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and solving problems. You'll gain hands-on experience across hiring, candidate coordination, employer branding, and internal HR processes while contributing to real projects from day one.

What You'll Do

- Source and shortlist candidates across hiring platforms for open roles
- Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, and maintain recruitment trackers
- Support onboarding by assisting with documentation and new joiner coordination
- Maintain HR records, templates, and internal documentation




- Assist with employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
- Conduct research on hiring trends, talent pools, colleges, and recruitment strategies
- Support the People team on special projects and day-to-day operations

What We're Looking For

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Google Workspace; experience with Notion, Canva, or AI tools is a plus
- Interest in recruitment, people operations, startups, or organizational culture

Background

Students, fresh graduates, or individuals interested in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related fields are encouraged to apply.

Previous HR experience isn't required. We're looking for people who are organized, dependable, and excited to learn how hiring and people operations work inside a rapid-growing company.

Internship Details

Location: Hyderabad (In-office)

Duration: 3–6 Months

Stipend: ₹10,000–₹15,000 per month

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
