We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor (Civil-cum-Manpower Coordination) to oversee civil construction activities while managing on-site workforce deployment and coordination. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in site execution along with labour management, contractor coordination, attendance tracking, and daily reporting.

Key Responsibilities: Site & Construction Supervision

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Execute and monitor RCC structural works, including Reinforcement Steel (Sariya), Shuttering (Formwork), and Concrete Execution.
- Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Inspect work quality and ensure adherence to client requirements.
- Assist with measurements, billing, and project documentation.

Daily Site Activity & Reporting

- Conduct daily site briefings and assign tasks to workers.
- Maintain and submit daily progress reports, site records, and documentation.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly manpower deployment, attendance, and work progress through MIS reports.
- Share daily progress updates and site photographs with the management team.
- Monitor material availability and raise requirements in advance.

Manpower & Workforce Coordination

- Plan and deploy skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled manpower as per site requirements.
- Coordinate with labour contractors, subcontractors, and manpower vendors for timely workforce availability.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants,



and project engineers for smooth project execution.
- Handle worker attendance, absenteeism, and replacement requirements.
- Support payroll and compliance teams with accurate attendance and employee records.
- Maintain records of manpower deployment and vendor details.

Compliance & Safety

- Ensure compliance with safety standards, PPE usage, and site discipline.
- Ensure adherence to labour laws and company compliance requirements.
- Resolve in office challenges and escalate critical issues to management when required.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (or equivalent relevant experience).
- 2–5 years of experience in building construction, site supervision, or manpower coordination.
- Strong practical knowledge of RCC Structural Work, Reinforcement Steel (Sariya), Shuttering (Formwork), and Concrete Execution.
- Experience managing labour teams, subcontractors, and manpower vendors.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Good communication, coordination, and team management skills.
- Willingness to travel based on project requirements.

Preferred Experience

- Residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects.
- Independent site execution.
- Labour contracting, manpower deployment, or contractor management.
- Managing large labour teams across multiple sites.
