As a part of our growing chain, we are proud to introduce the opening of our recent cafe in the heart of Bandra, for this, we are building a culinary team that embodies creativity, discipline, and exceptional service standards.

Specific Responsibilities:

- Welcome customers by determining their coffee interests and needs.
- Educate customers by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu, answering questions.
- Sell coffee and food by explaining the entire menu and making suggestions tailored to customers' tastes.
- Prepares and sells coffee drinks by following the prescribed recipe
- Maintain inventory by replenishing coffee bean supply, stocking milk; and other related store inventory.
- Keep equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns,



maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
- Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations.
- Improve quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; implementing changes; maintaining and improving the appearance of the store.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading coffee, retail trade, and food service publications; maintaining personal networks.

Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

- Understands Specialty coffee vs Instant Coffee
- Well experienced in creating receipes and manual brewing
- Customer Focus and Customer Service
- Must Be Punctual
- Team Player, positive at people skills
- Must be passionate about coffee
