Job Description:- Job Description – Alliance Manager – Government Sales (PR)

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities with government departments, PSUs, and public sector organizations.

Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with government officials, key stakeholders, and strategic partners.

Handle Public Relations (PR) activities and represent the organization professionally during meetings, events, and official interactions.

Prepare, review, and coordinate government proposals, RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, tenders, and bid documentation.

Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Delivery to ensure timely submission and successful execution of projects.

Track business opportunities, sales pipeline, partnerships, and revenue growth.

Stay updated with government procurement policies, tender portals, and industry developments.

Prepare regular reports on business development activities, partnerships, and performance metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.

1–2 years of experience in Government Sales,



Alliances, Business Development, or Public Relations (PR).

Valuable understanding of government procurement processes, tenders, and bidding procedures.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, networking, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills

Experience working with government departments, PSUs, or system integrators.

Knowledge of government e-Marketplace (GeM), tender portals, and public sector procurement.

Ability to build strategic partnerships and identify new business opportunities.
