Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, reconciliations, vendor payments, financial records, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, taxation, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage accounting operations, ledger maintenance, and financial record-keeping.
- Handle accounts finalization, bank reconciliation, and GST reconciliation.
- Manage GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Verify and process purchase invoices, vouchers, and financial documents.
- Coordinate vendor payments, recurring payments, reimbursements, and expense settlements.
- Follow up on cash inflows and outstanding receivables.
- Manage employee advances and consumption settlements.
- Ensure proper documentation for audits and statutory requirements.




- Coordinate with vendors, auditors, and internal teams.
- Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks as assigned by management.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and taxation.
- Expertise in bank reconciliation, ledger management, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
