Job Summary:

We are looking for an Statutory Compliance Executive to join in our team!

Key Responsibilities:

Labour Law Compliances
- Handle PF, ESI, Skilled Tax, Bonus, Gratuity for all stores + HO staff
- Maintain & file monthly/quarterly/annual returns: PF ECR, ESI, PT, CLRA, Contract Labour
- Manage Factory License, Shop & Establishment License for all locations
- Ensure minimum wages, overtime, leave, holiday compliance as per TN Labour Laws
- Handle labour inspections, audits & notices. Liaise with Labour Dept, PF/ESI office

Tax & Business Compliances
- Coordinate with Accounts for GST compliance on billing, e-invoice, e-way bill
- Support in TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings if applicable
- Ensure trade license, fire NOC, signage license, weights & measures compliance for stores

HR Policy & Audit
- Draft/update HR policies as per latest labour law amendments
- Conduct internal audits across stores for compliance gaps




- Employee documentation: Offer letters, appointment letters, ID proof, contracts
- Maintain compliance MIS dashboard for management review
- Train store managers/HR on statutory requirements & documentation

Contract & Vendor Compliances
- Ensure Contract Labour Act compliance for housekeeping, security, loading vendors
- Verify vendor PF/ESI challans, agreements & insurance
- Handle workmen compensation, insurance claims

Education / Qualification

Experience: 3-6 years in statutory compliance. Retail/multi-location experience preferred

Education: Any Graduate. LLB / Diploma in Labour Laws / PG in HR is a plus

Skills:

- Expert in PF, ESI, PT, CLRA, Shop Act, Minimum Wages, Bonus Act
- PF/ESI portal, GST portal, Labour Department portals
- Excel, HRMS software, documentation & audit
Language: Tamil + English mandatory for government office work
Traits: Detail oriented, deadline driven, good negotiation with govt officials
