Position: Civil Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, supervising, and executing construction projects while ensuring quality, safety, and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, design, and supervise residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), estimates, and project schedules.
- Review architectural and structural drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and clients.
- Monitor site execution and ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain quality control.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, local building codes, and project specifications.
- Manage project documentation, reports, and progress updates.
- Resolve technical issues during construction.
- Monitor material usage and control project costs.

Requirements:





- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech Civil).
- 1–5 years of relevant experience (Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic estimation software.
- Knowledge of RCC, construction methods, and project execution.
- Robust communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to travel for site visits.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in residential and commercial building projects.
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity surveying, and billing.
- Familiarity with project planning software (MS Project/Primavera is an advantage).
- Strong leadership, time management, and decision-making skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

- Civil engineering: 3 years (Preferred)
