Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Tele Counsellor to connect with prospective clients or students over the phone. The Tele Counsellor will understand customer requirements, provide accurate information about our products or services, address queries, and guide prospects through the enrollment or sales process while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound and receive inbound calls from prospective customers or students.
- Explain company products, services, or courses in a clear and qualified manner.
- Counsel prospects based on their needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM or database.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Resolve customer queries and provide timely support.
- Coordinate with internal teams for admissions, sales, or customer service.
- Prepare daily call reports and update lead status.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.





Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, counselling, customer service, or sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and counselling abilities.
- Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office and CRM tools).
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
