We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Product Manager to own and drive the end-to-end lifecycle of web, mobile, SaaS, and AI-enabled products. The role requires close collaboration with Engineering, AI/ML, Data, UI/UX, Sales, Marketing, Client Services, and Support teams to translate customer needs and business goals into scalable, innovative, and high-impact digital solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary liaison between Technology, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Client Services, Support and business stakeholders.
- Own the complete product lifecycle from product strategy,



roadmap planning, execution, launch, and continuous enhancement.
- Collaborate with Engineering teams to evaluate technical feasibility, solution approach, risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
- Prioritize product features based on customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, and strategic objectives.
- Translate product vision into Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Work closely with the UI/UX team to design intuitive, user-centric experiences by reviewing wireframes, prototypes, and design concepts.
- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.
- Define product success metrics, KPIs, acceptance criteria, and release readiness to ensure successful product launches.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, automation, and data analytics to enhance product capabilities and customer experience.
- Partner with AI/ML and Data Engineering teams to define requirements for predictive analytics, recommendation engines, intelligent automation, and AI-driven features.
- Conduct market research, customer feedback analysis, product usage analysis,



and competitive benchmarking to identify product enhancements and growth opportunities.
- Create and maintain product documentation, including PRDs, user stories, workflows, release notes, and API documentation.
- Ensure alignment with SDLC processes, quality standards, security, compliance, and product governance throughout the development lifecycle.

Skills and Experience:

- 5+ years of experience managing digital products across the complete product lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern product delivery practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills.
- Strong product thinking with the ability to balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
- Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts, Generative AI, data pipelines, analytics, and AI-driven product capabilities.
- Experience collaborating with Engineering, AI/ML, Data Engineering, QA, and UI/UX teams to build scalable digital products.
- Strong understanding of web applications, mobile platforms, APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, and contemporary software architecture.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience creating PRDs, user stories, product roadmaps, and release documentation.
- Prior experience as a Software Developer or Test Engineer is preferred.
- Experience with AI-driven, analytics-intensive, or SaaS products is highly desirable.

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. An MBA is preferred.
