Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and upgrade SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, PI/PO, Solution Manager, etc.).

Perform daily monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of SAP systems.

Manage transport management systems (TMS), applying support packages and kernel upgrades.

Perform SAP user administration and security management in coordination with SAP Security team.

Perform system refreshes, backups/restores, and client copies.

Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and runbooks.

Work closely with functional, development, and infrastructure teams for system support and integration.

Monitor and manage database performance (HANA, Oracle, or other relevant DBs).

Coordinate and support system patches, upgrades, and migrations.

Support high-availability and disaster recovery configurations and testing.

Participate in audits, system health checks, and capacity planning.
