We're looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to strengthen our B2B brand presence across digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

Plan and manage content calendars for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
Create engaging social media strategies focused on B2B audiences.
Coordinate and execute product, office, and event shoots.
Capture photos and videos for reels, brand stories, and promotional content.
Work closely with the design and marketing team to develop high-quality creatives.
Write compelling captions and optimize content for better reach and engagement.
Monitor social media performance and share regular insights and reports.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends and content formats.

Requirements:




2+ years of experience in Social Media Management.
Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to manage and grow brand presence across platforms.
Strong understanding of LinkedIn marketing and professional branding.
Mediator level photography and video editing and reel creation skills.
Creative mindset with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work in office in Surat, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a fast-paced, global business environment.
