KRAKey Responsibilities
Purchase Planning & ManagementPlan and execute FMCG purchases as per store requirements, sales trends, and stock availability.
Vendor ManagementCoordinate with suppliers/vendors for product availability, pricing, delivery schedules, and payment-related queries.
Stock AvailabilityEnsure timely replenishment of quick-moving and essential products to avoid stock-outs.
Inventory ControlMonitor inventory levels, ageing stock, expiry management, and maintain optimum stock holding.
Purchase Cost ControlNegotiate better rates, manage purchase budgets, and support margin improvement.
Product Selection & Range ManagementAnalyze customer demand and ensure the right product mix based on sales performance.
GRN & DocumentationEnsure accurate GRN processing, purchase records, invoices,



and documentation compliance.
Expiry & Damage ControlMonitor near-expiry products, minimize wastage, and coordinate with vendors for replacement/returns.
Sales & Margin ImprovementSupport business growth through effective buying decisions and promotional planning.
Vendor Relationship ManagementMaintain healthy vendor relationships and ensure timely issue resolution.
Team CoordinationCoordinate with store operations, warehouse, and sales teams for smooth product flow.
Compliance & AuditEnsure adherence to company purchase policies, SOPs, and audit requirements.
