About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions.In this role, you'll collaborate with clients, Product Managers, Developers, and QA teams to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure successful delivery of our AI-powered products.If you enjoy solving business problems, interacting with stakeholders, and transforming ideas into well-defined product requirements, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business and client requirements.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, and process flows.
- Act as the primary bridge between clients, Product, Engineering, and QA teams.
- Conduct requirement analysis and recommend process improvements.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure requirements are delivered accurately.
- Create workflow diagrams, wireframes, and requirement traceability documents.
- Support Product Managers in backlog prioritization and feature planning.
- Analyze customer feedback and product usage to identify improvement opportunities.
- Prepare documentation and training materials for internal teams and clients.




- Participate in client meetings to understand business challenges and define effective solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an IT or Product-based company.
- Strong experience in requirement gathering and documentation (BRD, FRD, User Stories).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with Product, Development, and QA teams.
- Hands-on knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to interact confidently with clients and internal teams.
- Must be based in Rajkot or willing to relocate.

Good to Have

- Experience with SaaS, CPaaS, or Conversational AI products.
- Knowledge of WhatsApp Business API or chatbot platforms.
- Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and system integrations.
- Experience with wireframing tools like Figma or Balsamiq.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
