Job Summary

To manage the program and ensure the integration and implementation of the program elements are as per agreed schedule| budget and quality so as to achieve the strategic intent of the program

JD is as follows (you can use a standard template for Program Manager) and in addition you can add:

Cloud Migration Program Manager for Unicredit:

- Standardize an application migration plan with banking specifics
- Cascade and train project managers to follow the standardised plan
- Orchestrate demand management activities when it comes to identifying and securing application candidates for migration
- Communicate with respective applications teams to secure the wave planning
- Define ways of working for wave execution
- Cascade the ways of working to the PM team and monitor their progress against the standardised view
- Manage Unicredit stakeholders with regards to planning, monitoring and reporting activities

Follow the governance model that is defined within the program

Key Responsibilities

1. To ensure value creation in the engagement
2. To manage key Program Partners / Stakeholders interests for smooth integration and implementation of the program and achievement of its objectives.
3. To manage engagement profitability by managing various variables
4. To proactively engage with the client to understand the business engagements
5. To lead| manage| develop and engage the team
6. To proactively identify and mitigate risks & issues (including escalations) for delivery of the program
