- Minimum 7 years of experience in networking, with relevant experience on Cisco Client
- Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Client Guest access and BYOD solutions
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco Client for network access control, including guest access portals, 802.1X authentication, and device profiling
- Design and implement secure guest access solutions using Cisco Client, ensuring seamless and secure connectivity for visitors
- Solid understanding of network security principles and practices
- Experience with guest access solutions and 802.1X authentication
- Familiarity with Cisco Wireless controllers/Switches and integration with Cisco Client
- Basic knowledge/experience on programming languages Java/HTML
- Familiarity with Web development and Guest Portal customization
- Scripting/automation experience (Rest API) is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with logs, debugs and packet captures
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Web Development with UX/UI
- Design and customize Cisco Client guest access portals, including layout, branding, and functionality enhancements
- Utilize HTML and Java, other web technologies like jQuery/CSS to create and modify portal pages
- Work closely with Client and Customer Teams, and stakeholders to align portal customization requirements with organizational goals
- UI/UX design experience
- Experience with API integrations
- Strong understanding of network security principles and practices
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
