- Provide direct patient care in critical care environments
- Assess patients' conditions and monitor vital signs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Assist with procedures such as intubation and inserting central lines
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and post-discharge care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent
- Valid nursing license in the state of practice
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Proven experience working in critical care settings
- Strong understanding of critical care protocols and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
