JD for Desktop SUpport Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide in office and remote desktop support for end users across hardware, software, and peripheral devices.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows OS (10/11), desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.

Install, configure, and maintain approved applications and system updates.

Support and manage Active Directory tasks such as user creation, password resets, and group policy application.

Handle email setup and support for Outlook and Microsoft 365.

Perform basic network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN, IP configuration, DNS, DHCP).

Set up and support video conferencing systems, docking stations, and shared devices.

Ensure compliance with security policies (e.g., antivirus, encryption, and software licensing).

Maintain accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, asset tracking, and knowledge base updates.

Coordinate with other IT teams (network, server, application support) for issue resolution and escalations.

Support hardware rollouts, imaging of devices, and new user onboarding.
