Job Description

Integration Monitoring Team Member Oracle(G1 Level)

Job Summary:

- As a G1-level Integration Team Member, you will support the stability and performance of integrationswith Oracle. You willbe responsible formonitoring, triaging, and escalating integration issues.

Key Responsibilities:

- MonitorOracleIntegrationissues
- Perform first-level triage of failediFlows, API calls, and scheduled jobs
- Validate data flows betweenOracleand downstream systems (e.g., payroll systems, third-party vendors, internalmcdonaldsapplications like GIA).
- Escalate unresolved or critical issues to L2/L3 support or development teams with detailed logs and context.




- Support daily health checks forOracleintegration points (e.g., SFTP connections, OAuth tokens, certificates).
- Document recurring issues and contribute to operational runbooks and knowledge base.
- Collaborate with functional solutions team, Scaled Services teams to ensureintegrationreliability and compliance.
- Participate in shift-based monitoring coverage, including weekends or holidays ifrequired.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- FamiliaritywithOraclemodules andintegrationtouchpoints.
- Exposure tointegrationconcepts such asiFlows, APIs (OData/SOAP), SFTP, and IDocs.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a cloud-nativeenvironment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Hands-on experience withIntegration Suite monitoring, andOracleprovisioning.
- Exposure toCloudALM,CPI, orAPI Management.
- Basic knowledge of XML, JSON, or scripting for log analysis.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Jira.
- Understanding ofHR data sensitivity and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR).
