Job Description
What Youll Be Doing (Position Summary):
The Workflow, Process & Governance Lead will define the foundation of how HR work gets done by establishing clear ownership, standards, and controls for processes across HR Operations. This role will ensure disciplined process design, strong change governance, and consistent adoption across captive and MSP teams to enable scale and reliability.
This role will help shape a more consistent, scalable, and employee-focused HR service model. The role will work across HR Operations, Centers of Excellence, technology partners, and service delivery teams to translate strategy into practical execution, improve service quality, and support a better experience for employees, managers, and HR stakeholders.

How Youll Succeed (Roles & Responsibilities):
Success in this role requires both strong execution and the ability to operate effectively in a global, evolving environment. You will:
- Define and maintain process and workflow standards for HR Operations.
- Govern process documentation, ownership, and change approval processes.
- Partner with Service Delivery Leads to drive process compliance and improvement.
- Coordinate process audits and align with GSS SG&T; enterprise governance.
- Ensure traceability of process KPIs and SLA adherence.
- Translate functional requirements into practical processes, documentation, knowledge content, and service delivery routines that can be executed consistently.
- Partner with HR Operations, Centers of Excellence, HR Technology, Service Excellence, and MSP teams to resolve issues, improve service quality, and support transformation priorities.
- Monitor service performance, escalations, adoption, and feedback to identify opportunities for standardization and continuous improvement.
- Support implementation of new or changed HR processes by coordinating readiness, communications, training, documentation, and stakeholder alignment.
- Maintain a strong focus on compliance, data integrity, employee experience, and operational discipline across regions and delivery channels.
- Set priorities, manage workplans or team routines, and ensure commitments are delivered with quality and accountability.
- Coach, guide, or influence team members and partners to build capability, improve execution, and reinforce a service-oriented culture.
Experience:
- ~7+ years of relevant experience with demonstrated ownership of processes, services, projects, platforms, or stakeholder outcomes.
- Experience in HR operations, shared services, HR technology, service excellence, payroll, talent, total rewards, employee services, or related HR process areas.
- Experience working across HR stakeholders, Centers of Excellence, service delivery teams, and technology or vendor partners.
- Seven to ten years in HR operations or shared services with experience in process governance and workflow management. Prior exposure to MSP integration desirable.
- Bachelors degree in Business or HR.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.

- Clear written and verbal communication with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
- Robust collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across functions, regions, and time zones.
- Experience working in a shared services, GBS, captive, MSP, or outsourced delivery model.
Positive to Have Skills:
- HR certification, project management certification, Lean Six Sigma, or process excellence certification.
- Exposure to global transformation, operating model change, transition, or service modernization initiatives.
- Process improvement experience, including Lean, Six Sigma, automation, or continuous improvement methods.
- Experience creating executive-ready materials, dashboards, process documentation, or stakeholder updates.
