Job Description
Hadoop:
Experience with Hive, HBase, Pig, Spark, Sqoop and MapReduce on Cloudera
Experience in designing and troubleshooting Hive, Impala, HBase, Pig and Unix queries and performance
Ability to write Shell scripting, MapReduce jobs and Pig Latin scripts.
Positive knowledge of database structures, theories, principles, and practices.
Java development experience and software development experience.
Experience in HiveQL (Hive and Impala).
Familiarity with data loading tools like Sqoop.
Knowledge of workflow/schedulers like Autosys.
Demonstrated ability to design, test, and deploy Hadoop applications
Proven understanding with Hadoop, HBase, Hive, Impala, Spark, Pig, and HBase."
