Qualifications:

- 3+ years of Ceridian Dayforce application experience is a must. ·
- Must be formally trained on Ceridian Dayforce application WFM modules ·
- Experience in gathering requirements for reports and interfaces using Dayforce BI Reporting is a must.
- Must have experience with APIs provided by Ceridian via their Developer Network ·
- Responsible for troubleshooting configuration problems within the DayForce HCM application and/or functionality and utilizing the appropriate steps for a speedy resolution.
- Must be familiar with multiple formats for file processing (XML, CSV etc) ·
- Experience with unit testing, test driven development methodologies
- Organized, solid problem-solving skills, and ability to rapidly respond to the business needs is a must
- Ability to communicate effectively with business users, stakeholders, product managers and engineering team a must
- Quick learner and Robust team player
