Thrillophilia is building a world-class creative studio in Mumbai, and we're looking for a Creative Producer who can transform ambitious ideas into exceptional travel content.

n

This is more than a production coordination role. You'll own projects from concept to final delivery , ensuring every shoot is creatively impactful, commercially productive and delivered on time.

n

n

You'll work across creator campaigns, destination films, tourism boards, branded content, performance creatives and original travel formats.

n

n

What You'll Do

n

n

n
- Own end-to-end production from brief to final delivery.
n
- Convert creative ideas into production plans, shot lists, schedules and successful shoots.
n
- Manage creators, directors, crew, vendors, locations, travel logistics and budgets.
n
- Produce high-performing content across Instagram, You Tube, Meta and other social platforms.
n
- Lead travel shoots across multiple destinations while handling changing schedules, weather, permissions and on-ground challenges.
n
- Ensure every shoot captures all required assets for social, brand and performance marketing.
n
- Work closely with editors through post-production to deliver polished final content.
n
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Runway, Firefly, Midjourney, Descript, Eleven Labs and Frame.io to improve production speed and quality.

We're Looking For

n

n
- 4-8 years of experience in creative, branded content, digital or advertising production.
n
- Strong experience managing shoots from pre-production to final delivery.
n
- Deep understanding of short-form, creator-led and platform-native content.
n
- Excellent vendor, creator, and production management skills.
n




- Experience handling production budgets, negotiations and timelines.
n
- Strong knowledge of talent rights, music licensing, and production documentation.
n
- Comfortable travelling frequently for shoots.
n
- Experience using AI to streamline production workflows.
n
- Travel, hospitality, or destination content experience is highly preferred.
n
